Assessment Fees
No Nexergy team member will ever ask for a paid site assessment for a first time customer visit. Any extra visit may be chargeable. Fees paid for site visits, energy audits, or feasibility assessments are non-refundable, as they cover consultation and technical evaluation services already rendered.

Project Booking / Advance Payment
To confirm a solar installation project, customers are required to pay an advance amount. If the customer cancels the project within 3 days of payment and before material procurement/installation has begun, the advance will be refunded after deducting administrative charges (up to 10% of the total project cost).
If cancellation occurs after procurement of materials or initiation of work, the refund will be adjusted against actual expenses incurred (procurement, logistics, labor, etc.).

Installation & Commissioning Stage
Once installation has started or equipment has been dispatched to the customer’s site, no refund will be possible.

Payment Gateway Charges
In case of cancellations/refunds, any transaction or payment gateway charges deducted at the time of payment are non-refundable.

Force Majeure
In case of delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, etc.), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Nexergy provides workmanship warranty on installations as per the project agreement.

Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness, necessary government permissions (where applicable), and timely payments.
Any modifications to the installed system without prior approval from Nexergy may void warranties.

Limitation of Liability
Nexergy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of savings, revenue, or profits) arising from the use or installation of solar systems.
Our liability is limited to the value of the project/service purchased.

Intellectual Property
