The things owners actually ask
What happens if production falls short of the assured yield?
We credit the shortfall at the applicable rate. The floor and the rate are both written into your contract, and the monitoring data we use is the data you can see.
On-grid or hybrid, which do I need?
On-grid if your cuts are short and rare; hybrid if you want the villa to keep running through them. Hybrid adds a 5 kWh battery as standard. Our engineer settles it at the survey.
Will drilling into my roof cause leaks?
Every penetration is sealed and flashed, and we water-test before we leave. Workmanship is warranted five years, which covers exactly this.
How much does the monsoon cut output?
June to September runs roughly 25–30% below a clear month. Rain also washes the array, so October usually reads high. The annual figure already assumes it.
How long does installation take?
One day of work on most villas. The longer wait is BESCOM sanction and the bidirectional meter, typically ten to fourteen days from application, which we file.
How high does my bill need to be for solar to make sense?
Around ₹3,000 a month is where the numbers start working. Below that, payback stretches past seven years and we will tell you so.
